Macelleria da Salvo e Doni was born in 2022 thanks to the passion and determination of Salvatore , a young man originally from Longi, a small town near Frazzanò, in the province of Messina. Since he was a boy, Salvatore has felt the strong desire to do something significant for his land, keeping local traditions alive and enhancing the authentic flavors of Sicily.

In 2022, Salvatore made his dream come true by opening the Macelleria da Salvo e Doni in Frazzanò, quickly becoming a point of reference for those looking for high-quality meat and traditional preparations, such as sausages, rolls and other typical Sicilian specialties. In 2024 Salvatore decided to join the Bottegalimentare.it group and start offering his Sicilian specialties to the public, allowing them to shop online and receive it throughout Italy.
